HOW CAN I USE A PROMO CODE?

When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order in the order summary. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been posted and dispatched in our system you will receive email notification with your tracking number. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when you are placing your order as all notifications in regards to your order will be sent to the email address we receive with your order.

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details. You can track your order using your tracking/consignment number. This will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for this number to become active.
